How do I cancel a booking request?
Cancelling a booking request can be done following two scenarios: Before paying a token amount: Any changes or cancellation to the booking can be easily made by conveying the same to your Destination Expert. After paying a token amount: Once the token amount is paid, the itinerary is confirmed. Cancellation, in such cases, can be made in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund policy (link of cancellation policy).
When am I charged for a reservation?
Pristel only charges you once you've made your mind about the itinerary sent to you. Once you come to an agreement about the itinerary after consultation with the designated Destination Expert, you pay a small percentage of your total package amount as confirmation. This small percentage is referred to as the token amount and may vary depending on the date of departure.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
